Professional Experience

Before joining Hooy & Hooy PLC as an associate, Will worked as a labor and employment attorney for one of the world’s largest law firms. He primarily represented employers in connection with single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters, though he also worked on a number of multi-million dollar wage and hour cases alleging meal and rest break violations, independent contractor misclassification, among other issues. Since joining Hooy & Hooy PLC, Will has expanded the scope of his practice to all the firm’s service areas.

Outside of Work

Will enjoys motorcycling, hunting, fishing, hiking, watching movies, and spending time with his lovely wife, Sam.
