Bob Hooy

Professional experience
Bob has practiced law for thirty years at Hooy & Hooy. Over that period, he has helped individuals and businesses alike with their legal problems in business, civil litigation, employment rights, real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration, personal injury and product defect litigation.

In 1985, all state courts in California; U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and U.S. Court of Appeals; and in 1987, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.

Bob earned his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1985. Before law school, Bob graduated from the University of California at Davis, earning a BA in economics.

Outside of Work
Bob is a member of Rotary International and was past president of the Clayton Valley Concord Sunrise Rotary Club where he has been a member of 17 years. He enjoyed coaching his kids youth baseball teams and is an avid sports fan. He still enjoys hunting, prospecting for gold, hiking, tinkering, and spending time at his cabin in Grass Valley with his wife.
